Avrupa Yayın Balığı (Silurus glanis L.)'nın Sindirim Kanalındaki Bazı Nöropeptidlerin İmmunohistokimyasal Olarak İncelenmesi

Abstract

İmmunohistokimyasal teknikler kullanılarak Avrupa yayın
balığı Silurus glanis’in mide ve bağırsağında gastrin, glukagon ve
kolesistokinin (CCK-8) belirlendi. Bu nöropeptidler mide ve bağırsağın farklı
bölümlerinde değişen yoğunluk ve lokalizasyonda tespit edildi. Gastrin ve
glukagon immunoreaktiviteleri midenin gastrik mukozasında belirlendi. Bu
immureaktif hücreler genellikle midenin yüzey ve bez epitel hücreleri arasında
lokalizedir. Gastrin, glukagon ve CCK-8 immunoreaktiviteleri bağırsakta
bulundu. Bağırsak mukozasındaki immunoreaktif hücreler yüzey epitel
hücrelerinde belirlendi. Ekonomik öneme sahip olan Silurus glanis’in sindirim
kanalında bu immunoreaktivitelerin ilk defa belirlenmiş olması, bu balığın kas ve
mukosal salgı aktivitesinin morfolojik ve fonksiyonel yönden
değerlendirilmesine katkı sağlamaktadır.
