Kas Gevşetici İlaç Cabral®(Feniramidol)’ın Mutajenik Etkisinin Ames Salmonella/Mikrozom Test Yöntemi İle Araştırılması

Abstract

Günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılan feniramidol (Cabral®) kas gevşetici etki gösteren analjezik bir ilaçtır. Bu çalışmada amaç feniramidol’ün potansiyel mutajenik etkisinin Ames Salmonella/Mikrozom test sistemi ile saptanmasıdır. Bu amaçla mutajenik etkiyi belirlemek için feniramidol’ün ticari formu olan Cabral®’ın 5 farklı dozu (0.1-1000 µg/plak) Salmonella typhimurium’un TA98 ve TA100 suşları ile muamele edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre feniramidol’ün denenen hiçbir dozu TA98 ve TA100 suşlarında mutajenik etki göstermemiştir.
