Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Terrier ırkı bir köpeğin akciğerinde şekillenen adenoskuamöz hücre karsinomunun patomorfolojik ve immunohistokimyasal bulgularını tanımlamaktır. Makroskobik olarak akciğerde diffuz dağılımlı beyaz renkli ve sert kıvamlı kitleler ile trakeobronşiyal lenf düğümleri, karaciğer ve sol kaput humeride metastaza ilgili odaklar belirlendi. Akciğerlerin mikroskobik incelemesinde adenokarsinom ve skuamöz hücre tümörüne ilişkin odaklar gözlendi. Daha fazla solid alanlar içeren benzer tümör hücreleri trakeobronşiyal lenf yumrularında, karaciğer ve kemikte gözlendi. İmmunohistokimyasal olarak bez epitelyumu ve yassı hücrelerde belirgin anti-keratin-sitokeratin pozitif reaksiyon mevcuttu. Bu bulgular ile akciğer adenoskuamöz hücre karsinomu ve lenf düğümleri, karaciğer ve kemiğe metastaz tanısı konuldu.
