Abstract
Unikornuat uterusda rudimenter horn gebeliği oldukça nadir görülen bir klinik durumdur. Burada 15 haftalık rudimenter horn gebelik rüptürü olan hasta sunulmaktadır. Olguda batında yaygın hemoraji olması üzerine acil laparotomi yapıldı. Sağ rudimenter rüptüre horn eksize edildi ve ölü fetüs batından çıkarıldı. Postoperatif takiplerinde ek problemi olmayan hasta taburcu edildi. Rudimenter horn gebeliğinde; klinik şüphe, erken tanı ve uygun zamanlı laparotomi maternal mortalite ve morbiditeyi azaltabilir.

A Case Report with Acute Abdomen During Pregnancy: Ruptured Non-Communicating Rudimentary Horn Pregnancy
Abstract
Rudimentary horn pregnancy is a very rare condition in unicornuate uterus. Here, we present a case with 15th week ruptured rudimentary horn pregnancy. The emergent laparotomy was performed as a result of intraabdominal hematoma. The right ruptured rudimentary horn was excised and ex fetus was removed with. There was no complication in postoperative period and she was discharged. Clinical suspicion, early diagnosis and laparotomy can reduce morbidity and mortality of ruptured rudimentary horn pregnancy.
