Abstract
Bu çalışmada
yumurta içerisine uygulanan inülin ve laktulozun broyler civcivlerin kuluçka
randımanı ve çıkım ağırlıkları üzerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Toplamda 160
adet döllü yumurta kuluçkaya yerleştirilmeden önce her biri 40 yumurtadan oluşan
4 gruba ayrılmıştır. Negatif kontrol (NK) grubuna herhangi bir enjeksiyon yapılmazken,
pozitif kontrol (PK) grubuna % 0.9 NaCI, IN grubuna % 2 (wt/vol) oranında
inülin ve LK grubuna ise % 2 (wt/vol) oranında laktuloz enjeksiyonu yapılmıştır.
Elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde, birer prebiyotik olan inülin ve
laktulozun yumurta içerisinde kullanılmasının broyler civcivlerin kuluçkadan çıkım
performansı ve çıkım ağırlığı üzerine herhangi bir olumsuz etkisi olmadığı
tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study
evaluated the effect of intra-amniotic inulin and lactulose inoculation on
broiler hatchability and hatching weight. Total of 160 embryonated eggs were
divided into 4 groups of 40 eggs each. The first group was not injected and
served as a negative control (NK). The next group was injected with 0.9% NaCl
and served as positive control (PK). Experimental groups were inoculated with
2% (wt/vol) inulin (IN) or 2% (wt/vol) lactulose (LK). According to the out
results, intra-amniotic administration of inulin and lactulose, as a prebiotic,
did not affect broiler hatchability and hatching weight.
