Birincil İmalat Proseslerinin Seçiminde Kullanılacak Bir Karar Destek Sisteminin Geliştirilmesi

Öz

Günümüzde imalat sanayinde
kullanılan proseslerin sayısı ve yetenekleri oldukça artmıştır. Bu artışların
bir sonucu olarak da prosesler arasından en uygun olanını seçme işinin insan
tecrübesi yerine sistematik bir şekilde yapılma ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu
makalede birincil imalat proseslerinin seçiminde kullanılabilecek bir karar
destek sistemi (PROSEÇ) geliştirilmiştir. Visual Studio 2008' de geliştirilen
PROSEÇ; malzeme, yıllık üretim miktarı, şekil tipi, parça kalınlığı gibi parça
özelliklerini kullanarak aday prosesleri belirler ve kalan aday prosesler
arasında yaptığı maliyet analizi ile en düşük üretim maliyetine sahip aday
prosesi kullanıcıya önerir. Çok sayıda pratik uygulama ile test edilen PROSEÇ
genellikle pratikte kullanılan prosesi veya daha ekonomik olan başka bir aday
prosesi önermiştir. Kullanımı kolay ve geliştirmeye açık bir yapıya sahip
PROSEÇ in kullanıcılar tarafından en faydalı bulunan özelliği ise proses
seçiminde yaygın ve tanınan proseslerin yerine daha az bilinen ama daha ekonomik
olanları önermesi olmuştur.
