Anesthesia protocol was performed by the injection of 2 mg/kg Xylazine HCl, followed with 15 mg/kg Ketamin HCl intramuscularly. In thirteen cases Steinmann pins and in five cases Schanz pins were used. When one of the cases was fixed with double pinning technique, in six cases additional cerclage wires were used. Aluminium supported bandage was performed in all cases for a three-week period. The postoperative initial controls were performed between 8th to 15th days where second controls were between 21th to 35th days.
