Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different levels of enzyme and probiotic supplementationthe maize and soybean meal based di et on the live weight gain, feed intake, feed efficiency, carcass yield, and some serum biochemical parameters of Japanese quai1. In this experiment, a total of 225 one-week-oldJapanese quail chicks (Coturnix coturnixjaponica) were used. They were allocated into one control group and four treatment groups each containing 45 quail chicks. Controlgroup was fed with unsupplementedtreatment group s i, 2, 3 and 4, respectively.enzyme and probiotic supplementationcass yield of quail were not statistically significant between the groups (p>0.05). Enzyme and probiotic supplementationreduced the serum glucose and cholesterol levels of the treatment groups (p
