Effect of humate and organic acids supplementation to ration on some haematological parameters in laying hens

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the influence of supplemental humate and organic acids on some haematologic parameters in laying hens. A study was conducted with total 30 white hens. Hens were assigned into three groups equally. The control group was fed a basal diet without humate and organic acid, and treatment groups were fed either 0.15 humate or 0.20 % organic acids added diets. At the end of 60- day treatment period, samples of blood were collected to determine haematologic values. Yumurta tavuklarında rasyona ilave edilen humat ve organik asitlerin bazı hematolojik parametreler üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, yumurta tavuklarında rasyona ilave edilen humat ve organik asitlerin bazı kan parametreleri üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada toplam 30 beyaz yumurta tavuğu kullanıldı. Hayvanlar eşit olarak 3 gruba ayrıldı. Kontrol grubu humat veya organik asit ilave edilmeyen bazal (kontrol) rasyonla beslenirken deneme gruplarından birine % 0.15 humat, diğer deneme grubuna ise % 0.20 oranında organik asit ilave edilen rasyon 60 gün süreyle verildi. Deneme periyodunun sonunda kan örnekleri alınarak hematolojik parametreler değerlendirildi. Gruplar arasında yapılan karşılaştırmada, humat ve organik asit grubunun heterofil oranında kontrol grubuna göre önemli bir artma tespit edildi.
